The International Centre Goa, Friedrich Ebert Stiftung and Media Information Communication Centre of India organised the 8th Annual South Asia Media Summit – 2011 on “Intra-State Conflict in South-Asia : Role of Media”, at the International Centre Goa, Dona Paula – Goa from November 23-25 2011.The focus of this conference was on Intra-State conflicts that have witnessed armed struggle between two groups of which one is the state, in which violence has been used resulting in human and material casualties.
