SWIMMING CLASSES

Minimum Height: 4 feet 6 inches. Open to all Members/ Non-Members of all age groups

1. Special Session: Rs 3000/- per hour (max 4 persons). On going, can start any time.
2. Weekend Batches: Rs. 5000/- for 8 classes (4 Saturdays & 4 Sundays). Maximum 8 persons per batch. New Batch starting on 7th Oct 2017.
3. Become an Expert Swimmer:  Rs. 20000/- for 4 months (total 16 sessions one-to-one; maximum 4 sessions per month at mutually convenient timings); Students will be expected to practise as much as they can. Based on progress, students will be expected to bring their own fins, kick-board, etc. On going, can start any time.

Please bring your own swimming kit (costume, swimming goggles & swimming cap-for people with long hair). Please follow all instructions displayed at the ICG Swimming Pool.

Summer Special Weight loss program

  Hatha Yoga classes will be conducted on Tuesdays, Thursdays & Fridays, from 8:30 am to 9:30 am. Rs 2000 for one month.
Aqua Yoga classes will be conducted on Mondays, Wednesdays & Fridays from 7:00 am to 9:00 am, the class is for an hour per student. Rs 7000 per month.
