The Centre recently organized a musical concert on 10 Nov 2007 by PRATIDHWANI – A Bengali Cultural Group of artists from Santiniketan and Goa. The highlights of the concert were the presentation of some outstanding features of Rabindra Sangeet which embodies a breathtaking fusion of Tagore’s musicianship and poetic genius. Shri Partho Chakraborty, Shri Mrityunjai Chakraborthy, Shri Manab Das, Dr. Rupashree Das and others performed at the Concert. The concert was conceptualised by Dr. Anupam Sarkar.more>>
