One day seminar on “Celebrating Women: Empowering Society” on occasion of the International Women’s Day was held on 8 March 2011. The seminar was orgainised by International Centre Goa in association with the American Centre, Mumbai. Michael Pelletier, counseller, Public Affairs and Public Diplomacy, American Embassy, New Delhi delivered the keynote address.
