 Asian Women’s Film Festival

An Asian Women’s Film Festival featuring 46 films from 16 countries  was organised from 16-18 March, 2012  in association with the India Chapter of the International Association for Women in Radio. The festival showcased the works of women film makers of Asian origin in a range of genres representing diversity in country, content and form.   The theme of the Festival was MEDIATION, MOVEMENTS AND MEMORIES.  The selection of films explored influences, issues and ideas shaping Asian identities and experiences, offering new perspectives on the contemporary world.
