Interactive Session on OSTEOPOROSIS: BREAKING THE MYTH

An interactive Session on OSTEOPOROSIS: BREAKING THE MYTH with Dr. Deep Bhandare, Consultant Orthopaedic Surgeon, Manipal Hospital,  will be held on 31 July 2010 from 3:00 pm to 5:00 pm. This session is OPEN FOR ALL, however it will be very beneficial to peri-menopausal (age between 45 and 50), menopausal and post menopausal women (age beyond 50). Besides these, diabetic patients of around 50 years of age or those on steroids for chronic ailments too would benefit from this talk.
This talk is being held in association with the Manipal Hospital Goa.

A three day Workshop on “Enhancing Human Development Coverage: Skills for Reporting/ Writing” was held  from 24th to 26th July 2010. It was conducted by Mr. Shishir Joshi and Dr. Aloke Thakore , co-founders of JM Foundation for Excellence in Journalism - Mumbai . 
This workshop was held in collaboration with JM Foundation for Excellence in Journalism , Goa Union of Journalists, Media Information and Communication Centre of India and Friedrich Ebert Stiftung.  Programme

We have a new caterer.  Hospitality and Food & Beverage incharge Mr. Roy Vaz and Mr. Vipul Moghe, formally launched their catering facility called ‘Kota Hospitality - Food & Beverage Service Division’ at The International Centre on 17th July 2010.
