THE DANCE CLASS INCLUDES A SIMPLE KEEP FIT DANCE,  YOGA AND DANCE THERAPY WITH BASIC ELEMENTS OF HIPHOP,  FREESTYLE DANCE, BBOYING, GROUP ROUTINES AS WELL AS SOLO ROUTINES.
Param is known in the industry as well as YouTube with the name Param Vibe. Param has trained in Hiphop and B-boying in London, at NLPAC, (North London Performing Arts Centre), and in India at DanceWorx (Ashley Lobo). Param has currently been dancing and performing for eight years with 2 years of training in yoga as well.
 The motive of this class is to come out happier and energetic, with a sense of peace and flexibility, both mentally and physically.
