Nishita Tambe is having her own institute “Prati YOGAYANA” where she conducts Teacher’s Training Programs. She is also associated with Swami Vivekanand Society Panaji where she holds regular yoga classes and events. Her vision is to reach out to people and spread awareness of the Spirit through various practices of Hatha Yoga.

Surya Yoga workshop is a Pranic Healing technique using Solar energy, designed by Yogiraj Satgurunath Siddhanath, a Himalayan Nath Yogi.
