12th Issyk-Kul Forum’s meeting on CENTRAL ASIA AND SOUTH CAUCASUS: INTERNAL AND EXTERNAL DYNAMICS organised by Asian Dialogue Society and the Sasakawa Peace Foundation – Japan in collaboration with the ICG held from Nov 5-7 06. Prof. Amitav Acharya, Deputy Director of the Institute of Defence and Strategic Studies in Singapore, delivered the keynote address for the inaugural ceremony of the meeting. The meeting was attended by over 40 scholars from 22 countries of Central, South East and South Asia.
