The second edition of Goa Arts and Literary Festival was held from 17 – 21 December 2011. The festival was inaugurated by renowned lyricist, author, poet & Sahitya Akademi awardee Shri. Gulzar and internationally acclaimed author & Sahitya Akademi awardee Shri. Amitav Ghosh . The festival was organised by The International Centre Goa in partnership with Goa Writers Group, Indian Ateliers, Goa Konkani Akademi, Gomantak Marathi Akademi, Kala Academy Goa and GHRSSIDC.
