Vice Admiral G. Ashok Kumar AVSM, VSM, Deputy Chief of Naval Staff, Indian Navy delivered a Distinguished Lecture on “Re-Imaging Indo-Pacific & Indian Naval Diplomacy” on 12th October 2018.
The chairperson for the lecture was Admiral Arun Prakash PVSM, AVSM, NrC, VSM, ADC (Retd.) Former Chief of Naval Staff.
The programme was part of Goa Maritime Dialogues co-organised The International Centre Goa, BITS Pilani (Goa Campus) and Indian Council for Social Sciences Research (ICSSR).
