Interactive Session on Producing Delinquency by Dr. Ansar M. Haroun (Professor of Psychiatry, Pediatrics, & Law UCSD School of Medicine, USD School of Law, in San Diego, California, USA and the Chief Psychiatrist for the San Diego Superior Court). The programme was organised in collaboration with ‘Psychiatric Society of Goa’ and ‘Institute of Change Research’. The presentation was followed by the Panel Discussion (Dr. Anupam Saraph, Dr. Meenacshi Martins, Mr. Raj Amonkar & Mr. Jayant Chhaya) and interactions with the audience which included representatives of NGOs and Govt. Officials was held on December 16, 2004.
