Mr. Mathany Saldanha, former Tourism Minister of Goa, Ms. Nandini Sahai, Director, ICG, Prof. David Sanderson Director, Centre for Development and Emergency Practice (CENDEP), School of the Built Environment, Oxford Brookes University lead the discussions.
